The calendar is clear and intuitive, messaging is simple, and I love how quickly I can manage multiple bookings without getting overwhelmed.

It’s a dependable, easy-to-use platform that keeps my bookings organized across multiple large vacation homes.

It handles the basics very well, but some features feel a bit limited or dated compared to newer systems.

I am pleased with the software, but the channel managers who work with Bookerville have not convinced me regarding their pricing structure.

You won't find another platform where you can get a response within a short period of time from the platform developer when you can't solve it on your own using support boards.

Bookerville is my bridge between my 98% Airbnb bookings and those 2% long term returning guests.  

I also felt that in these times of companies having their computers hacked, American companies are held to a higher security standard to ensure my data stays safe.

I cannot import a list of previous guests from my old software to keep their contact info in one place.

While Bookerville also works with larger vacation rental concerns they continue to offer a space for us smaller vacation rental proprietors.  

Compared to other vendors, I found very few bugs in the software, everything appears to work. And if you do need help, the customer service has been top-notch.

It covers all of our needs for managing several vacation rental properties.  

Managing guest data is only for each reservation.

We have joined Bookerville 2018 and have not had any major software failure or crash of any sort, they are willing to make some adaptions for us as we are situated in South Africa and operate with a few differences to America accounting.

Did not like the way pictures were handled, but the latest upgrade corrected that.

Some times the year end reports do not seem to answer a question I might have for tax purposes.

Breezeway automatically adds new listings to your billing, but removing a property from your subscription requires emailing their support team, meaning you either waste time managing this or end up paying for old listings for months.

We’re especially excited about the Kaba door lock systems integration and have high hopes it will make our check-in process even smoother. And the digital guide is truly above the rest—it makes it incredibly easy to provide clear, helpful information for guests.

The tasks reports are thorough and the ability to create cleaning and inspection lists to our needs is great.

On top of that, we were charged for months during the notice period, which didn’t feel fair as we hadn't been using the tool for sometime (it takes time to switch and remove all the stored information)

That you can’t take a video our team needs who take a lot of Videos for guest arrival it would make it a lot easer if all could be in the same place

Their customer service is top-notch—quick to respond, and if something can’t be easily handled over email, they’ll schedule time to walk through it with you so you fully understand.

Timestamped photos make reporting more accurate, while automations save time by scheduling tasks automatically.

There are also no notifications when photos are attached to tasks (a feature that would be valuable for off-site teams).

The messaging feature within the app can feel sluggish at times, taking longer than expected to open or send messages.

I love the checklists feature and Breezeway tools to document short term issues.

It's a great scheduling and tracking tool for both service tasks and maintenance tasks.
