The calendar is clear and intuitive, messaging is simple, and I love how quickly I can manage multiple bookings without getting overwhelmed.

You won't find another platform where you can get a response within a short period of time from the platform developer when you can't solve it on your own using support boards.

Bookerville is my bridge between my 98% Airbnb bookings and those 2% long term returning guests.  

I also felt that in these times of companies having their computers hacked, American companies are held to a higher security standard to ensure my data stays safe.

I cannot import a list of previous guests from my old software to keep their contact info in one place.

While Bookerville also works with larger vacation rental concerns they continue to offer a space for us smaller vacation rental proprietors.  

Compared to other vendors, I found very few bugs in the software, everything appears to work. And if you do need help, the customer service has been top-notch.

It covers all of our needs for managing several vacation rental properties.  

Managing guest data is only for each reservation.

We have joined Bookerville 2018 and have not had any major software failure or crash of any sort, they are willing to make some adaptions for us as we are situated in South Africa and operate with a few differences to America accounting.

Did not like the way pictures were handled, but the latest upgrade corrected that.

After 2 years of using smoobu, I switched to Sympl.cm, the limited version of ToKeet for less than 5 properties.

Unfortunately we being in South Africa and having a poor exchange rate, this makes the channel manager a bit expensive for us, but it has been worth the increased fee.

I was recommended the tokeet platform to rent it as an air bnb.

Too many different integrations, they have to merge them all into a single dashboard.

However, we had a family of four and their dog turn up at our property last night, and nowhere for them to stay, as they had been double booked (One on Air bnb one on Booking.com.

Invoice management and payment tracking is very good and is managed automatically.

Used this app since they very first started and it always did what it was supposed to do but the quality has gone down as the price has gone up

I'm sure there is a technical reason, tokeet will explain to me, as to why this happened but I do see it as a basic failing of the simplest of all the things I expect from a channel manager.

Simple things like being able to move properties on the calendar to a different position in the list seem like very easy things to achieve but aren't possible and development tends to be focused on big products rather than small wins.

It's trying to fit the browser experience into a mobile phone screen and it just doesn't work as the screen is just too small.

I like you have all that you need but you need to be an expert to understand all the different features.

It's certainly better suited for Serviced Accommodation or Holiday lets compared to other similar priced products which still focus on room lets only.

The invoicing of a walk in is difficult as it does not calculate the correct rate

This isn't a problem if you're building your business though as it allows you to check everything yourself.

The formating of communications between the various platforms could be improved.   

Its expensive as I dont utilise most of its systems because I dont understand how to and because I never have time to try to understand.
