What is Datahotel?
Datahotel is a tool for the management and automation of hotel and inn operations. It is integrated with SNRHos (National Guest Registration System) and third-party booking portals, such as Take-off, Booking, and Trivago, through channel Manager.
With this tool, it is possible to manage reservations by groups or individuals, generate receipts for bookings, implement a flexible system for check-in and check-out, and monitor the reservation map. Datahotel allows the control of accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, payment of suppliers, and issuance of bank slips, in addition to preparing management reports, which give the manager a structured view of transactions.
The tool's resources include entry and exit of materials and consumption items, stock inventory, occupation indicators, reservations, performance, daily and monthly billing charts, and governance service registrations, such as maintenance, cleaning, and laundry.
