We had a struggle with the learning curve when we first moved over to a vevo but became more and more comfortable with it to the point with now we are extremely comfortable.

The problem is a very important one: we are renting our apartments for a minimum of two nights. If a client tries to book accommodation for just one night, the system will give a feedback that there is no availability, it won't tell the client that they are require to select a minimum of two nights.

We can set up our hotel rooms descriptions, photos and prices and edit in one place instead of having to individually enter info on vendor sites.

The booking calendar has very basic limitations and won't show minimum of stays for bookings.

We can also 'block off' rooms that are down for maintenance and we can manage and view bookings in one place.

I will take this opportunity to say that in response to a question further on in this questionaire, I put mid range for for the cost of eviivo as compared to others, however the truth is I haven't looked since buying it so that is purely a guess.

It looked how I wanted and had capabilities that I was working with Eviivo to get for almost a month. While we started strong , lack of communication when your website isn't working, the SSL is broken, does not work when you need to have your website live to take bookings and make money.

I like how easy the view of the dashboard is and how there are separate categories views such as "Actions" which shows you any cancelled bookings, deposits due, cards declined or over bookings.

I still don't know why I was double billed, what I will be billed, or whether I will be billed twice for the same stay.

Editing/updating a reservation is a chore and sometimes impossible

I only need to update my calendar and rates in the one place and it automatically transfers over to  the online booking agencies.

We were forced to use them when our previous service was acquired. Why, why did I wait so long to switch.

We love how easy Eviivo is to use and the many upgrades over the years. If I had to pick one thing I like the most besides the team, it is the depndable and easy to use calendar.

i purchased a functioning bnb that utilized this system, and the transfer of ownership has been made easy by eviivo and their fantastic customer support.

Their integration seemed good but I didn't complete and bookings that way.

booking channel isn't well integrated, any changes you want to do from suite level don't really apply to booking channel.

The new app makes it very easy to add a reservation using your iPhone.   If you need some of the other features such as entering detailed guest data or update rates, etc., it easily maps you into the full eviivo platform.
