The problem is a very important one: we are renting our apartments for a minimum of two nights. If a client tries to book accommodation for just one night, the system will give a feedback that there is no availability, it won't tell the client that they are require to select a minimum of two nights.

I will take this opportunity to say that in response to a question further on in this questionaire, I put mid range for for the cost of eviivo as compared to others, however the truth is I haven't looked since buying it so that is purely a guess.

We can set up our hotel rooms descriptions, photos and prices and edit in one place instead of having to individually enter info on vendor sites.

Moon Dance Vacation Rentals has been using eviivo for several years now, and the best gifts it has given us are time and confidence.

The booking calendar has very basic limitations and won't show minimum of stays for bookings.

We can also 'block off' rooms that are down for maintenance and we can manage and view bookings in one place.

We have communicated a very important problem with the booking calendar more than a year ago and we still haven't received one single follow-up from them.

It looked how I wanted and had capabilities that I was working with Eviivo to get for almost a month. While we started strong , lack of communication when your website isn't working, the SSL is broken, does not work when you need to have your website live to take bookings and make money.

Not even once has someone from their team given us any kind of information about the status of this issue.

I like how easy the view of the dashboard is and how there are separate categories views such as "Actions" which shows you any cancelled bookings, deposits due, cards declined or over bookings.

I still don't know why I was double billed, what I will be billed, or whether I will be billed twice for the same stay.

Editing/updating a reservation is a chore and sometimes impossible

I only need to update my calendar and rates in the one place and it automatically transfers over to  the online booking agencies.

We were forced to use them when our previous service was acquired. Why, why did I wait so long to switch.

Actually no customer service at all only, just someone who yelled at me, refused to listen to my problem & basically talked to me as though she thought she was my superior.

We love how easy Eviivo is to use and the many upgrades over the years. If I had to pick one thing I like the most besides the team, it is the depndable and easy to use calendar.

i purchased a functioning bnb that utilized this system, and the transfer of ownership has been made easy by eviivo and their fantastic customer support.

there is a payment system to be implemented, with an elderly customers it is a problem to take payments online. While it is no longer possible to take money for No Shows

Perhaps the only down side is that contact via  msg service, getting the Case Ref and time lapse in Eviivo getting back by phone could be looked at?

Eviivo's own merchant service is appalling in that the money is received from 4 to 8 weeks after it has been charged.

booking channel isn't well integrated, any changes you want to do from suite level don't really apply to booking channel.

The new app makes it very easy to add a reservation using your iPhone.   If you need some of the other features such as entering detailed guest data or update rates, etc., it easily maps you into the full eviivo platform.

Somewhat behind the times with changing technology

It has provided a quality interface with multiple gateways and creative ways to advance my offering as 4-star guest house and garden restaurant.

We opened our new 8 bedroom hotel on 29th May 2021 when website and Eviivo Booking Platform went live - two weeks later we have 114 bookings ranging from 2 days to 10 days - Fantastic response.

Been with you since 2006 when we started our business - been 'offered' deals by other on line platforms  but never been tempted to move as satisfied with all aspects of Eviivo service.

At this point the majority of my reservations come thru Airbnb, and they cost me much less than the reservations booked thru Eviivo.   While I appreciate that guests can book my property directly without paying additional fees to Airbnb, the additional costs are outweighing the benefit.

The ability to see Arrivals, In House and Departures of guest is a very nice feature that help us manage our team of employees.

The issues integrating with Booking.com and the emails not going out to Airbnb guests

This software has streamlined all of our booking sites and calendars and made life of much easier!

The new app is very helpful to manage bookings and the platform is robust and flexible
