The payment stayflexi should have ability to accept different currency and compare it with the original price this mean if this room price 40 usd dollar and the guest pay with euro like 39 euro i be able to but it 39 euro and the system automatically calculate it and told us is that correct payment or we need to pay more

We use software in our regular day to day basis, reservation and channel manager works very easily for us

Overall, my experience with Stayflexi was excellent—the platform is intuitive, the automation saves a lot of time, and the support team is responsive and helpful, making operations run seamlessly.

We have to manually update rates individually on each platform . And are unable to do it through stayflexi.

I made a payment to this UPI id on 7th April'2024, and the payment transfer has been confirmed to me by both HDFC Bank and Gpay, through which the payment was made.

No such issues as of now, and one thing small issues definitely arise but team is very active to listen your issues and provide instant solutions.

Stayflexi promoting their brand name and image on our custoer database which is not acceptable. When a booking is made the promotional msg must have the hotel name not the channel manager name.

Amazing as i am using this PMS since 2023, services is amazing, solutions are instant and very active team.

Overall experience with stayflexi is good. But need more advancement like stayflexi have to handle our rates according to competitors through AI as some Channel managers are opting.

There's no room blocking feature in the mobile app.

still have an issue about receiving bookings in our name, very unsettling. If you notice any booking routed through a channel mgr, the email has the sender's name  (from) rather than our own name or any email received bears the sender's name & not the host's name !!
