Pros
It a wonderful software and the support team is very good. Any time they can help us for any queries.
I'm very happy to use this product.it is easy to understand and user friendly software. And mobile application of this software allow me to access from everywhere.
The best part of stay flexi is the relationship that the team makes and helps solving promoting the property with all inputs and keeps updated. We always have genuine response with the team.
Cons
As a Customer - my recommendations would be not to use this software as it would cause both economic losses and double booking - guest inconvenience, arguments with guest.
Server issue/ down time causing major auto occupancy & tariff issues, resulting revenue loss for the property. Slag in Follow up / sorting issues.
Unfortunately, they even deny owing the UPI id [sensitive content hidden. Which is still listed on the Marutham Resort website when you book a room.

Best backend support

Wonderful...with a team in place like which support my business.....its a walk in the park.

[sensitive content hidden] tech support and [sensitive content hidden] account manager are the backbone for me. The product and company could be anytime. Its the people who build it....because of them im here using the product. Thankyou a million. And all the best.

Good but can be even better

Good so far . We have only been back on the platform for 4 months so not yet the best time to assess and comment

Pros

Stayflexi needs to evolve further. We have been on the platform since 2019 and have seen them grow. Their prices have increased significantly and their services have improved as well. The pricing needs to be made more competitive for them to get into the smaller hotel segment which is the largest segment in the indian scenario . Overall their customer service is top class. Their response is very professional and hence even at a higher price we rather work with them than some other available options out there.

Cons

Stayflexi promoting their brand name and image on our custoer database which is not acceptable. When a booking is made the promotional msg must have the hotel name not the channel manager name. The same has been pointed out several times but not corrected so far.

Great Channel Manager

Great pms application. Most channel manager features can be used on the mobile with the new update.

Pros

Lot of PC like features provided on the mobile application. Ease of use. Great customer support to resolve any issues immediately.

Cons

The reports can be customised for Indian taxation and billing. Usage in tablets can be optimised to give PC like experience.
