They are also tech-savvy and use advanced customer-service tools, so you get a sense that they are tech-forward people and will keep improving the product along the latest lines.

Even that the answers are immediately, they take long time to fix issues and correct problems. Tarnslations to spanish are not accurate.

Software is easy to use and friendly,  PMS, POS and OBE.

And sometimes you have to search for info (such as, how every tax and fee is broken down, in a customer's bill) instead of it being able to be easily shown right there on the first page.

You have to live with it a while to learn how it goes about doing certain things, but once you do that and get a workflow going, it has a remarkable list of features.

Goodvsoftware , great functionality but a little expensive for smaller operation ( up to 40 rooms).

I found the set up mostly intuitive, helped by the excellent webinar provided. Thr big help was the friendly and prompt support, this really helped reassure me that this was a quality platform.

The program doesn't ask for "City" or "State" of guests so we have no idea where they are from. This has been a problem during the Covid-19 crisis.

We still have not recovered that loss. We will never recover the bookings that were lost during the time we were being shown as sold out.

I'm in risk of having my Expedia.com account suspended because of Eviivo. When there is a problem Eviivo simply doesn't answer you.

I believe that we have a great presence on the internet with Eviivo, and as the world transitions back from the Covid-19 issues that we can have another great season.

Extremely bad experience during set up where our listings in Booking.com and Expedia were "off-line" for weeks and o reservations received.

The technology suite that Eviivo offers is perfectly suited to a smaller property. I am able to run promotions on line both with the OTA's or just on my own website with just a click of a few buttons.

However, the chat feature enables me to get timely answers to my questions and the customer representatives are friendly and helpful. I haven't found  eviivo to be responsive to phone calls or emails.

So far so good with the software. We just began using it and we may need a few tweaks but I’m happy.

The system is easy to use and has many great features. I would recommend Eviivo to any one.

The Eviivo suite is generally very user-friendly and interfaces well with Online Travel Agencies. Customer support is generally good and usually accessible very promptly.

I liked the ease of use of this software. All the answers to the guest bookings are at our "fingertips" with a click or two on the computer.

The block feature is excellent and we like the multi-function management of reservations and pricing. The seasonal feature provides for convenient management for given seasons of business.

Eviivo was so easy to integrate with our practices and it changed the way we work for the better.

While I appreciate that guests can book my property directly without paying additional fees to Airbnb, the additional costs are outweighing the benefit.
