I really did want to use this program but even after replying to that message they still had no accountability or wiliness to provide proper support and customer service - If this company starts investing in proper customer support they will trump their competition, until that happens beware if you use this system.

Some Airbnb features and pricing configurations may behave differently when managed through a PMS.

Their support is also immediate, with other platforms you have to wait a long time to get a response.

Easy to use and handles everything for me from automated messaging and combined calendar view from all my booking sources.

So far it has been a very good experience. When I messed things up, they were right there to help me fix it.

iGMS is a well-designed and effective application for managing my property.

A dedicated “Favorites” tab or quick filter would make them even snappier.

On the topic of the help ive have gotten, igms is not the fastest but is surely responsive.

Ok, so after deep diving reddit and YouTube, I ended up going with IGMS for my property management software.

They are always great to work with.   Whenever I “mess” something up….. and that happens, believe me, iGMS staff is always very ready and willing to straighten things out.

The dashboard could also be designed to be a little clearer.
