We began using OwnerRez to power our STR site about two years ago and can't say enough good things about customer service, functionality, and overall ease.

OwnerRez handles all my direct bookings, my booking.com bookings, my Airbnb bookings, collects all the payments, and does all of the communications (and can even auto update the door codes).

Even on holidays with a non-emergency, someone has gotten back to me to help.   If I'm not mistaken, I think all their customer service people run properties on their own and it gives them so much insight and understanding.  

We are slowly working through the last bits of set-up, but so far, the automation of a signed rental agreement and payment taken at the time of booking is already helping with our workload for direct bookings.

I am the owner of my vacation rental and I am creative but not so technical, so any problems I've had have been answered usually in one day and with clear solutions provided by real humans not AI.

It syncs well with Airbnb and other platforms, so you can manage your listing from one place.

My low review score comes from the fact that when it comes to marketing and direct bookings, OwnerRez pretty much fails. If you don't mind the majority of your business coming from the three main channels, then stick with OR. But if you have a multi-unit property, OR doesn't provide what you need. When we dug deeper we discovered that OR has two drastic gaps: one is no support for Google Hotels or Hotel Metasearch in general.

Every support request I have submitted has received timely responses, and the support team has consistently been knowledgeable, helpful, provided options, and genuinely pleasant to work with.

The process for guests to book online is easy and secure. While I needed some help with the initial tech set up, once it's up and running it is easy to use, and if I have a question then the US based OR team is quick to help.

From an IT professional’s perspective, the consistently designed user interface makes the system almost self-explanatory.
