As a new user WeTravel has a policy that funds are not availible until after my event and it was kind of  difficult to get approved prior to me having my LLC and my account it still pending full approval.

Sometimes the time to acquire a SEPA transfer is too long, maybe can be optimized 6 days is  too many but it's a detail,

I find the separation of Trips and Itineraries in the WeTravel dashboard confusing and inefficient.

Does not offer client facing capabilities to download a reservation confirmation or status of a customers account. If I have multiple week packages, I'm unable to transfer one reservation to a different week.

There are components that we use we could use via WeTravel in integrating the participant list for use of a rooming list where our clients can do room assignments.  

As providers, it has simplified our internal workflows while greatly improving the user experience for our customers.
