after the software was set there was issue in the calendar on airbnb, my properties were closed for whole month in high season, and there whole company were busy celebrating there vacations, also they did not refund our training fees AED1700 as they claim to give us training and software full of errors.

As with any product, each new version has its learning curve but in the case of RMS the learning curve is quite gradual as the product works so well, and if you know what its supposed to do, it just makes sense.   And, if you need to, their Support Team is simply amazing!

I do think the system is glitchy though as I often have to refresh my page because it seems to have an unstable interface and doesn't show things on the screen correctly.   But one thing I do like is that that you can work from anywhere and I love being able to help guests from home on my own computer.

There are some complicated intricacies in setting up the software.   If you do not categorize things properly then the reports issued are not correct.

Overall I enjoy the system because of the extra features. How much you can edit the sales and product listings.

In RMS you are able to select many different detailed fields that need to be filled out for reservations which is very helpful with guest check in and guest check out.

After introducing of the demo was promised -system have a great use on the computer and mobile version is responding perfectly(which was the most important to me) -

My issues with the software are the upgrades that change 'it's our way or no way' rather than an option, ie the guest screen had options that we found very useful when taking a booking are now behind an icon

It has also given us the tools we need to expand our reception management staff, making handovers, invoicing and communication much easier.

The support desk is very good at helping me troubleshoot problems and most of the time, we find a solution.  

It takes a while to learn but the system really has options for every application.

The program does all that I would want it to, and in particular the personal over-the-phone customer service is excellent

Integration was tricky but we ironed out the issues over time.

For Heartland RV Park & Cabins, RMS Cloud allows us to be on the leading edge for how we interact with our guests.   Whether our guests make their reservations in person or through the IBE, it allows us to make the experience simple and understandable.  

Now having used the software for for 18mths there are what I would expect basic functions to run a motel that are just not there/can't be done.

All RMS local and international staff have been very supportive and understanding of my needs.  

Each support team has a different way of setting things up...once you get used to the one way and you call in for a similar issue, the next person takes the long way around to solving the problem

The support workers were good to deal with, but the program is just not reliable

A little buggy at times, can't toggle between different applications within the software.

Love all the features you guys keep building and upgrading.

Many issues have been resolved over the past couple of months.  

Building rates using Rate Manager can be challenging if you don’t use it frequently.

What I like the least about this software is the group reservation from online. If the reservation was made online for one or more sites, they do not show up as under the guests history.

The interactive map is difficult to find from a mobile device.

We were unable to transfer data from the previous PMS we used into RMS so it took a lot of time for us to enter everything into the new system.

Almost all the rooms show on one screen and for multiple weeks.

The RMS team seek feedback and listen to customer suggestions about improvements and new functions.

Sometimes the training part where you ask questions is hard to find what you are looking for.
