We're using Sirvoy for a small hostel and have been setting it up ourselves with no problems. The customer service is great and they find workarounds for you if a certain functionality is missing. After extensive research this was the best and also cheapest solution for a business of our size. It's continuously improving and the developers are happy to implement new suggestions. Breaking bookings could be easier and we have decided against using the built-in Channel Manager as we have a lot of long-term guests and updating availability manually is not possible. That means we put our bookings in manually but that works smoothly enough and still faster than in the program we used before. Big plus: one of the few reservation softwares that's designed well and intuitive.

Hi, One of the major feedback points we can make is regarding occupancy and current room pricing reports. With multiple accounts, we have to go into each one and input the rooms sold from the graph each day (statistics function) into a separate excel tracker alongside the price point/dates which is very time consuming. You have to hoover over each date on the graph and then input manually so we can yield our rooms more effectively. It would be unbelievable if you could match similar systems like siteminder and My allocator and have this as an easy export function to review the data. Customer service is outstanding and has become extremely quick over the years! Loyal customer. Nick.
Cost effective, good use of channels
Report functions for rooms sold and rates updates needs a grid like siteminder for each of use.

I chose Sirvoy because it has the best user interface and gave the best value and best price so far with what I need. They still lack other channels from their channel manager but they can connect to Siteminder and they have the big 3. It would be better if they can add more channels but I am very happy so far with their other features.
