What is Sirvoy?

Sirvoy Booking System is a cloud-based Hospitality Management System which enables users to receive and manage bookings from multiple channels. The system is designed for small and medium-sized hotels, B&Bs, hostels, guest houses, motels, and lodges.

Sirvoy Booking System allows users to embed a booking engine in their website or Facebook page, enabling guests to make bookings at any time. Two-way integrations with other booking channels allow customers to book through TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Expedia, Hostelworld, Agoda, and more. Users can create and categorize multiple room types, manage rates, taxes, and surcharges, set restrictions, block individual rooms or units, and generate discount or coupon codes. Seasonal rates are supported, allowing users to optimize their income throughout the year. Automated emails can be sent out to guests for booking confirmations, check-in, check-out, and more, using customizable SMS and email templates.

With Sirvoy Booking System, users can process payments at the time of booking, store credit card details to be processed later, and create invoices and cash receipts. Bookings can be modified and cancelled, and users can schedule housekeeping and cleaning tasks for rooms. Booking PDFs can be printed, and booking information can be exported to other systems.

    “Online help via chat is readily available. Support staff are fantastic, helpful, pro-active, thorough.”
