There are some minor maintenance periods. I had to really stretch to come up with anything negative as we are notified in advance about any scheduled maintenance and the maintenance is infrequent.

SkyTouch Hotel OS allows us to easily manage our hotel. Our management team can troubleshoot reservations from home, and their 24/7 tech support team has been fantastic.

We experience quite a few errors with it. The main issue is with the timing of closing the property to arrivals and revenue changes.

Still an evolving product. Some categories are useless and others can be expanded.

HotelKey PMS is  by far with the best user interface among the PMS alternatives I have used so far.

Ll have to admit, in the beginning I was a bit skeptical because we could not get the basics started for the app.

It has became a little complicated for no reason.

It saves everything instantly so if you make a mistake it shows. When there is updates, nothing is sent to us to explain the updates.
