we were with them for a couple of years and it help to tracked our property inventory availablity for our property service accoomdation.

It efficiently centralized booking management and communication, saving time and reducing errors.

Frequent product and menu changes have made it increasingly difficult to manage even simple tasks, reducing overall efficiency.

Attachments on messages, it is not possible as portals like Airbnb and Booking.com block messages with these. As we are still sending messages through their connections, we have to abide by their rules.

It's very intuitive, with a simple but effective control panel.

Messaging: No option to archive messages currently.  

There have never been any duplicate bookings and the support team is good.

The interface was clean and easy to navigate.

Unfortunately any discounts set up apply to all dates.

Forget about centralized messaging, because certain things just won't sync like VRBO.   But for small operators 1-5 peroperties it works great, and price you can't beat

The product integrates nicely with those travel sites (and others) to keep things organized (i.e. no double bookings), helps tremendously with communications and provides a great customer experience with all our guests.

Sometimes we cannot reach the customer service during day time but other than that it is really effective.

Website is built through smoobu (you can check it - www.poloapartments.lt)As a user for more than 3 years, I can recommend this program as it is easy to use, responsive and gives us a lot of functions.

The speed of the synchronisation, the ease of use and the customer service team are amazing to help resolve any issues.

The messages to VRBO bookings are sent via email and not entered into the VRBO app. And VRBO booking is not downloaded like Airbnb with all the details.

Sometimes it’s quite complicated to do some tasks and the guides available rarely are helpful.

There is no free parking selection window.

We currently have 27 properties and all of them are managed through smoobu.

I know it's a big ask, given the different commission rates, but it would be a helpful addition.  

I would highly recommended Smoobu to run your holiday lets with your other team members with relief of mind.

It is a bit costly, but the benefits may weigh in favourably.

Being able to adjust prices and reservations once and apply them automatically to all the different platforms on which our properties are listed saves as a huge amount of work plus it provides a great overview of the reservations of all properties in one place.

Smoobu allows to pull in different airbnb and booking accounts into one software environment. As a property management company specialised in short term rental this was the software to manage our business.

The feature that was most impactful is the ability to sync calendars from Airnbn, VRBO onto one calendar that was used to interface on my personal website for my short term rental property.

Id love to see a full pricing api with VRBO and the minute i have to pay for two api links.   When booking using the booking tool, it would be great if the customer email could pass through to Stripe so the receipt is emailed at the point of booking.  

Airbnb has now added this feature but the Smoobu version works better. When a booking comes in 3 days before the guests arrival but the message is programmed to be sent 6 days in advance than airbnb does not send the message, but Smoobu does ! When handling numerous client accounts it is nearly impossible to handle client communication without a channel manager.

I can highly recommend Smoobu to anyone looking for trouble-free booking management.

There were a couple of times when I needed to contact Smoobu as canceled reservations on Airbnb do not automatically clear on the Smoobu system. Once I realized it was necessary to double check my main calendar after a guest canceled, it wasn't a problem.
