we were with them for a couple of years and it help to tracked our property inventory availablity for our property service accoomdation.

It efficiently centralized booking management and communication, saving time and reducing errors.

Attachments on messages, it is not possible as portals like Airbnb and Booking.com block messages with these. As we are still sending messages through their connections, we have to abide by their rules.

The connection to other software that helps with tourist property management is not as extensive as in competing PMSs.

The speed of the synchronisation, the ease of use and the customer service team are amazing to help resolve any issues.

The messages to VRBO bookings are sent via email and not entered into the VRBO app. And VRBO booking is not downloaded like Airbnb with all the details.

Sometimes it’s quite complicated to do some tasks and the guides available rarely are helpful.

Being able to adjust prices and reservations once and apply them automatically to all the different platforms on which our properties are listed saves as a huge amount of work plus it provides a great overview of the reservations of all properties in one place.

Smoobu allows to pull in different airbnb and booking accounts into one software environment. As a property management company specialised in short term rental this was the software to manage our business.

The feature that was most impactful is the ability to sync calendars from Airnbn, VRBO onto one calendar that was used to interface on my personal website for my short term rental property.

Airbnb has now added this feature but the Smoobu version works better. When a booking comes in 3 days before the guests arrival but the message is programmed to be sent 6 days in advance than airbnb does not send the message, but Smoobu does ! When handling numerous client accounts it is nearly impossible to handle client communication without a channel manager.

I can highly recommend Smoobu to anyone looking for trouble-free booking management.

There were a couple of times when I needed to contact Smoobu as canceled reservations on Airbnb do not automatically clear on the Smoobu system. Once I realized it was necessary to double check my main calendar after a guest canceled, it wasn't a problem.

I trialed 3 other softare vendors and Smoobu has the absolute most responsive customer service.

The programme is well structured, very intuitive and easy to use.
