Their customer support is amazing and I'm a big fan of the company. If they redesigned the front end, I think this would be an easy five-star product.

Bad software, bad support team and you will loose your patience together with your money.

You can be up and running in a matter of a few hours and you can then customise it to your own way of doing things as you go along. The price point is good and the mobile app is great.

There is no telephone number to speak to anyone when there are problems (with a very poor system) and the support staff who are only available on web chat wash their hands of any problems.

Web UI is modern, fresh, usable, best I've seen in this category. Superb messaging automation for communication.

Create different rate categories and push them to different channels. I only have good words for this software as it help me developing my business towards a far superior level.

I have contacted them to tell them not to do that & they just ignore their customers. AVOID THIS PRODUCT AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME.

The customer service is very good. I generally like the way the program works, and feel confident that my bookings will not disappear.

I have 170 listing inside this app for two month , already lost a lot money because setup issue and double book problem.

Tokeet is easy to get used to using and the Ux/Ui is clean and modern. It offers several integrations that can be very helpful in automating business functions.

No functionality for VRBO/Homeaway and sales people lied.

Report features could be more customisable and give more information. Problems with the new airbnb API have been difficult to navigate, so i reverted to the old API.

Sensitive content hidden. Their sales guy even missed first scheduled call with me, without an apology and came late to a re-scheduled one, which was huge waste of time on my side.

It's a pity that the full synchronization (via API) only works for Airbnb, booking and expedia.

Cannot import any booking details from VRBO and Tripadvisor except the date and guest name. User interface is missing basic practicalities, so you need to click many times to land somewhere.

Easy to deploy, love the multi-calendar screen, great housekeeping coordination feature, and time saving templates with automated send features. Customer service is very good.

IGMS was easy to use and made my business run seamlessly. Without it I would have spent more time than the software subscription cost and with it I save time and also have more piece of mind.

I also love that it allows me to share the calendar with my cleaning crew and also right to dues an extra notes that they can see on their end. IGMS was a total game-changer.

Excellent for me as a host for a single property. It would be essential for a buisness.

I did all corrections that were showing errors upon launch.

Currently no option to link to our own website but this is under development apparently.

Once in a while the app stops working and we need to contact customer service to make it work again and it usually takes a few days.

The messaging was a bit delayed, so if i got a message on Airbnb, it would take a while for me to see it/ get notified on their website or on the app.

Additionally, for those who have multiple units, one is able to add these messages (pictures included) to each one at the same time. Very easy to use and very convenient.
