Koan allows easily defining OKRs and their leads, and the weekly reflections feature is great for keeping the team engaging and aware of their progress.

Love how it keeps everyone aligned on goals and progress and signals if goals are at risk (by checking in on confidence levels each week).

Currently, I sometimes miss issues from Jira, to add to reflections. And it would be great to configure check-in reminders on a biweekly basis instead of weekly.
