It is necessary to include a section about only the achiever inside your group, because even when the feed show you the recognitions of the people that is closer to you is not the same that to see the recognitions of your team, also is not so easy to find the recognitions done by myself, sometimes I forgot if I already send a recognition and take me some minutes to review all the notifications or feed to find the recognitions that I've done and see if I already send the one that I want to do.
