I started looking around for a web+mobile solution that can help us keep track of our team attendance in the office. We work mainly in the office, but we have a flexible schedule which is why many solutions were not suitable for us. Either they become very flexible but at the same time hard to use, or easy to use, but without much flexibility. After trying a couple of them, All Hours was the solution we went with. It was very easy to setup and train the team in, and provided us with Geofencing and Bluetooth beacon check-in options, plus you can check in using Andriod, iPhones, Web, and other options. The solution is not totally customizable, but it does provide enough options to suit many needs, so it is worth to give it a try to see if it can do what you want. The customer agents responded to my inquiries fast and they were helpful, so that is a plus as well. Our team noted some syncing issues sometimes when logging from a mobile, but I have yet to discuss this with the support. The mobile app crashes on some old android devices, but work well with the rest. Hopefully, they keep growing and adding more feature to it. All the best to the All Hours team.
