What is AllVoices?

AllVoices is an Employee Feedback Management Platform (EFMP) that helps businesses allow employees to anonymously share feedback, ask questions, share positive input, and report harassment, bias, or culture issues report workplace harassment, bullying, bias, compliance, or other issues through a messaging portal to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization. Human resources (HR) and people teams can utilize the case manager to capture feedback and track investigations.

AllVoices lets leaders communicate with employees directly via text messages to resolve issues. Supervisors can gain visibility into patterns and trends within the organization, route reports to required administrators, and track progress on a centralized dashboard. The system helps managers send anonymous pulse surveys to collect staff members' feedback via anonymous pulse surveys and ensures security of confidential information using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES-256) specification.

AllVoices enables businesses to view case details, notes, attachments, summaries, and priority statuses on a unified platform.
