There is not anything that I dislike about BambooHR however, one thing our organisation still needs to do, is to make more use of BambooHR by integrating it with other systems such as our IT service desk system and creating more automations for new hires and leavers, which we are working on currently.

But this option doesn't carry over to Onboarding, so unless you build a task by Job Title and maintain that task, you have to manually add the task when the person being hired is going to be a Supervisor.
