LOVE this product and the creators behind it . Would absolutely recommend to others!
Our company did not have an HR platform so starting with Bamboo was a no-brainer. The sales team and implementation team are fantastic, their self guided materials and videos are 2nd to none!
I wish there was an integration between Bamboo and QuickBooks. Hopefully that will happen eventually and make our payroll lives even easier!

When it comes to personnel data, Bamboo handles everything. The HR department and upper management benefit greatly from this system's increased efficiency. The convenience of having everything in one place, rather than scattered everywhere.
The HR software is all-encompassing and user-friendly. Administrators and end users alike will appreciate the streamlined UI and pleasant UX they provide. My team has found the platform to be very user-friendly and productive.
It irritates me because any time I make an update to anything, it needs to be approved first, but I don't think this is something that happens everywhere; rather, I think it's more of a company permissions issue.

Overall Bamboo HR ticks a lot of the boxes for us but unless it improves the inflexibility means that it's unlikely we will continue to use it long-term as our company grows.
Bamboo HR is very easy to use for admin users and for the rest of employees, it is intuitive and simple. It contains a good amount of different features and covers most of the features you would want and it is more affordable than other providers.
I find Bamboo HR to be inflexible when it comes to make changes to suit our business, it often doesn't have the capability to adapt to suit what we need.

Our customers will find BamobooHR to be a simple and straightforward platform. Administratively, we have a number of different systems that are automated, which reduces the amount of time spent on routine tasks.
When compared to competing HCM solutions, BambooHR's implementation is a breeze. BambooHR also provides access to a vast ecosystem of complementary tools.
Only the support staff can make adjustments to the settings. The system administrator cannot create new fields. Salary information is not concealed and can be seen by anyone who views the user profile, even though no record of such activity is kept.
