In August 2025, Breezy contacted us, saying our “renewal was past due” and threatened to interrupt service unless we signed a new contract at a higher price. When I asked why the invoice and the contract were different, Breezy acknowledged that their contracts and invoices “don’t sync” and that the billing system had auto-generated the lower invoice.

The technical support group provided by Breezy was very accommodating to our quality of service needs, as they were able to adapt to our circumstance and provide us with high quality solutions, which means we will continue to engage with them for troubleshooting.

The surface is not attached through any API to the project management services, this would be helpful to be able to more clearly identify the jobs when you need to make an assessment of their quality or the interactions that employees have with each other during the development of each.
