Pascal S: My name is Pascal. I'm a Hiring and Development Manager. I'd give Breezy a five-star rating, for more ratings, click below. Before Breezy, we didn't really have an ATS. We were just kind of using Google Forms and Google Sheets to manage our hiring process. And it wasn't really working because the information was just spread out. And it was just the data management and candidate management was just a very complicated and just a very lengthy process. We tested Breezy for a couple of days before signing a contract and really going for it. And what really stood out was the user interface is really easy to use. And in general is just very intuitive, a very intuitive tool. The thing that stood out the most was just the range of functions and features, it's really incredible when you compare it to other softwares or ATS solutions. Breezy basically has all the features that you can find out there in the market, and it was actually in terms of the prices, it was actually a very affordable, so, that was a big advantage that we saw. And lastly, and that's something that we came to see over the months of using Breezy is just that the support is extremely friendly and very responsive at all times. Because we didn't have an ATS prior to Breezy, the setup was quite simple because we didn't have to migrate any data, we just kind of started from scratch. And it's, like I said, it's very intuitive. That being said, to set up your entire recruiting process from scratch in Breezy, but also in any other ATS, it's going to take a couple of weeks or possibly even months to set up everything, because there are just so many features and so many little things that you can tweak here and there. But generally speaking, there are a lot of resources that will help you get started. You can get started within a couple of days. What I would recommend to people thinking about getting Breezy is really before getting Breezy and starting to set up your hiring process is really taking a step back, taking a moment to think about what you would like your hiring process to look like, really look at the range of features that Breezy offers and really plan out your hiring process, because it's easy to get lost and then build something. And then you realize that there is a different way of doing it. Then you have to redo the whole thing again. So really take the time before diving in and really see where you want to take your hiring process and really familiarize yourself with the features that Breezy offers.

Romina S: Hi. My name is Romina, and I work in the financial industry as an HR manager, and I give Breezy HR a four out of five. Before switching to Breezy I was using Freshteam, which is a great app for starters. But it's missing a key feature, which is sourcing a plugin for my Chrome browser, in order to when I look in LinkedIn for passive candidates, to be able to add them quickly. And this is one great feature why I switched to Breezy. And another feature that I was missing in Freshteam was scheduling, self-scheduling links. I needed to pay for other subscriptions and manage my meetings in other place, which was uncomfortable. So I wanted to switch to a program which has both options. So the main feature that I like Breezy is because of its sourcing features, as I said before. You can add candidates to you pipeline in a really easy way with the extension. Second, I like that you can customize from every job what you need, and it really has a lot of different options, unlike other programs. And third, that it has really flexible pricing. If you're a startup, like we are, it's really hard to start from a program that starts from $500 a month. And with Breezy it gives me the option to start free and then move to a program that's more accessible. And then when I grow I won't need to move to another program, because Breezy will have the capabilities to help me. I will just need to pay more, but that's fine because we'll be bigger. So it's really flexible for startups that are starting but that are planning to scale up. That's basically what I really like about the program. The thing about implementing Breezy is that it looks really simple at the beginning. But then, because it has so many features, you really need to go into each feature and understand what it means, not to make mistakes. If not, it will happen, as it happened to me. I had two job postings active, and one of them I didn't check out all of the details, and then I was sending emails to candidates without [inaudible 00:02:10] it. So the implementation wasn't that easy, not at all. But once you get used to it it gets easier. It has a learning curve. As an HR manager trying to implement an HR system, I would recommend to other startups to look for Breezy if you have the time. Me, as a HR manager in a startup, it made it difficult at the beginning to implement Breezy, because it's not a platform that you can implement just like an Excel document that you open it and you start writing and that's it. You need to look into it. I would recommend Breezy if you have the time to implement it correctly. If you don't have the time, I would probably not recommend it. It's too much.

I come from a $2bn company with 1,000 hiring managers. I was the co-leader of a project to select, configure and deploy an ATS across the entire enterprise. We chose iCIMS and had challenges with user adoption with Hiring Managers, Recruiters, and Coordinators, alike. Through that experience, as well as working as a user or admin with a dozen other systems in my career, I can't tell you how valuable an easy system can be for a small company! When I was asked to select and deploy a system for our company of 50 hiring managers and 40+ locations, I scheduled Breezy, Jazz, Jobvite, and several others - I looked at all of the top 15 platforms available today. I kept coming back to Breezy. Let me tell you - the results have been phenomenal! At the end of the day, I just need applications of qualified candidates and for easy candidate management for my hiring managers. Breezy delivers it all!
Month-to-month contract, Trelio-style project management user interface, and simple configuration.
Some features that you'd get in a big, complex enterprise system, but they don't really matter in the day-to-day. Breezy delivers.

Breezy seems to do a very good job with distributing the job postings and generating candidates. The user interface is very intuitive and there's a ton of built-in functionality such as questionnaires, interview/meeting scheduling, electronic signatures and more.
Virtually all of the functionality you would come to expect from an ATS can be found in Breezy and at a price much lower than some of the leading competitors.
They can't provide an SSL certificate if you use your own subdomain (e.g. careers.yoursite.com) so it is not delivered via HTTPS (you'd have to use the default URL, which would be something like your-site.breezy.hr instead), and not everything as configurable as I'd like (e.g. user roles). There's also very limited custom reporting, but the standard reports are nice at least.

Overall, if you are looking for a simple CV database - then great. If you want a bit more out of your ATS, then this isn't the best tool.
As a CV database it does pretty much what it says on the tin - - you can move applicants through different stages - allows automatic emails - allows to email you the candidate directly (though doesn't display your email address)
As an ATS system, it is missing all of the core fundamentals, for example: - cannot arrange interviews via Breezy (and if you can, its not very clear how to) - It is very clunky and not user friendly. The explanation was given that this is what they engineers thing is best, ignoring the actual user group - doesn't have a "back button" function, which is extremely annoying - all of the above means that their reporting function is not relevant, so if you need data for time to hire, interview to hire ratio, etc its not a good tool to use - Doesn't allow blind screening, blind scoring (to avoid biases)

I tried, implemented, and used Breezy to hire. It helps hiring teams be more synchronized, helps the company look good to prospective candidates, and makes the process very seamless. While the UI and the workflow has been odd at times, they do improve often and are VERY helpful to respond to feedback and requests. It's easy to use for teams where technical competency varies, and I deeply appreciate that.
Breezy has the most features for the money, without question.
The UI has some obvious growing pains, especially in workflows and the automation processes.

Our greatest challenge in implementing an ATS was getting all of our recruiters on board with utilizing it as the sole means of candidate tracking. Other systems that we tried never suited our needs well enough to get our team working cohesively and dedicated to one system. Breezy has been a real boon to our recruitment
The best part of Breezy is that it can be used by our recruiters either according to how they prefer to approach their work or by how the team decides. It's so easy to learn and to customize
