Overall it serves its purpose of time tracking just fine and is great for tracking leave but would love to see some automation in the Overtime management sections as that is my main reason for use.

They just send you an email instead which is much more easier because then you can pick it up at any point. But other than that they've been so good.

Chat is responsive and not AI as there is a name linked to the responder.

More flexibility in rota designs, including 3-week rolling rotas.
