We went from using the same ATS for over 17 years when we decided to make the change to CATS. It’s modern, sleek, easy to use and customer support is very easy to understand and knowledgeable.

I don't like the newest changes that we had no choice about. I prefer the previous version.

Some of this is mitigated by using the tags, lists, and custom fields but sometimes weird results are populated. Again, this is really the only issue I have with CATs and I'm really nit picking here.

Bullhorn was a very robust and comprehensive tracking system for contacts and for finding candidates and keeping track of all of the pertinent information.
