There were limited CRM features for scheduling and communicating with candidates.

Cats was sending out calendar invites to clients on it's own - withh private notes! - and I went up 3 levels and still couldn't get Cats to fix it.  

I've trialled a few more modern ATS'/CRM's and they are leaps and bounds ahead

I still use it to track my applicants but I think since they made changes to the email structure several months ago, there has been problems with candidates seeing my emails.

I think it is the best applicant tracking system out there for what I do.

How easy it is to use and if you don't know how to do something, they have videos you can watch with an easy to follow step by step process.

The only thing I dislike about the product is you get automatically logged out after a certain time limit even if you are in the middle of working on something. When you log back in all of your progress is usually erased for that particular task.

Workflows are intuitive, candidate/client database is very organized & searchable, and customization is strong.

I believe the appearance can be customized by organization.

It gives a very good overview for client and candidate tracking.

Do not recommend for Recruiters

Their support is great, but so is the support at Loxo (and many other applications that are cheaper with better features).

The LinkedIn integration doesn't work properly.  

There are a lot of features, so it just takes time to learn them all.
