There were limited CRM features for scheduling and communicating with candidates.

Cats was sending out calendar invites to clients on it's own - withh private notes! - and I went up 3 levels and still couldn't get Cats to fix it.  

I've trialled a few more modern ATS'/CRM's and they are leaps and bounds ahead

I still use it to track my applicants but I think since they made changes to the email structure several months ago, there has been problems with candidates seeing my emails.

I think it is the best applicant tracking system out there for what I do.

How easy it is to use and if you don't know how to do something, they have videos you can watch with an easy to follow step by step process.

One issue I have occasionally is the Crelate extension will stop working out of nowhere and the only way I've found to get it to work again is to uninstall and reinstall the extension.

The LinkedIn plug-in is a great, allowing for quick data transfer. Plus, the customizable dashboards provide excellent flexibility and help keep everything organized at a glance.

Overall my experience has been good but merging multiple records isn't always easy, limits on # of emails sent daily through campaigns is hindering and search options are confusion -leading to contacting same candidates over and over unintentionally.

It also secures login sessions are one at a time.
