We have used HR Partner for several years now and have had an overall positive experience. When we initially onboarded the system the HR Partner team were very helpful and were willing to answer all our questions quickly, however since the system is intuitive we no longer need to do this.

The creation of reports in HR Partner for utilizing the data is somewhat confusing.
