There are a few issues with connecteams like the latency to live GPS and how it can bog down a computer easily (especially on Chrome browser), and sometimes it fails to "clock in" despite seeing them do it with my own eyes.

I do wish the notifications could be better customized so we can use it for our messaging forum among my employees. When we try to use the chat feature, it doesn't notify well enough when the others have the app closed. If it had a louder ping notification or allow us to change the tone so it was more recognizable.

App notifacations go a little over board with recieving notifactions that don't concern me but then sometimes the notifacations for message will not work and I will either recieve no notifaction or it will come 2 hours after the message was sent.

It deliberately leaves key features out of the first level of membership, in spite of it being very expensive.   And it's difficult to tell ahead of time because the free trial membership includes them, so then you pay 500 bucks or so and discover you suddenly don't have access to those key features that you needed.
