I do wish the notifications could be better customized so we can use it for our messaging forum among my employees. When we try to use the chat feature, it doesn't notify well enough when the others have the app closed. If it had a louder ping notification or allow us to change the tone so it was more recognizable.

And it's difficult to tell ahead of time because the free trial membership includes them, so then you pay 500 bucks or so and discover you suddenly don't have access to those key features that you needed.
