We have spent $800 on implementation and licensing thus far with nothing to show, my calls to their main number go to voicemail and after 4 messages left over 8 days no one has as yet returned my calls.

I requested cancellation over a week ago and I still don't have a confirmation from them that my subscription has been cancelled.
