The cons I have are not dealbreakers, but they're centred around just overall more flexibility with formatting (ability to right click on any hyperlinks or buttons) and improving the document template customisation tool.

Since I was configuring Single Sign On to employment Hero there is not much to dislike.

I can access the details only after the request has been approved.

I also appreciate that payroll becomes a lot simpler now, especially when they want to get their payment breakdown when it comes to their salary, allowance and commissions.

I especially appreciate the self-service features, which empower employees to manage their own information and requests.

Very poor documentation of system which causes frustration and a lot of time wasting chasing answers that don't come easily

It would help if employees can view their balances right after the leaves are approved.

The reporting features are terribly limited, doesn't calculate payments made in same pay periods like Xero and a lot of the other available software.
