The Chat BOT has also improved greatly over the past few months and now manages to resolve most issues instantly, which has been a real time-saver. While there are still a few teething issues that Employment Hero is aware of and has included in their product development roadmap, it’s clear they are committed to continuous improvement.

The cons I have are not dealbreakers, but they're centred around just overall more flexibility with formatting (ability to right click on any hyperlinks or buttons) and improving the document template customisation tool.

Some features I wish had more flexibility, for example, having a track record/history for hours of work (to see a staff's work hour pattern across their tenure), however I have been informed that this may be updated early next year which is fantastic.

The way EH system is built to streamline the HR processes (i.e hiring, onboarding, payroll, etc).

They covered every aspect clearly and if there was any confusion, the support team was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable during the implementation phase, promptly answering all my questions and ensuring I was never stuck

As and end-user, Employment Hero is a very useful tool to monitor your details like your salary, leave entitlements, tenure in the company.

Since I was configuring Single Sign On to employment Hero there is not much to dislike.

I can access the details only after the request has been approved.

I also appreciate that payroll becomes a lot simpler now, especially when they want to get their payment breakdown when it comes to their salary, allowance and commissions.

I especially appreciate the self-service features, which empower employees to manage their own information and requests.

Support system is woeful, poor training and system documentation, getting support is an act in frustration and one of Employment Hero's worst features.

I love that we have an end to end HRIS solution within Employment Hero, we can manage all aspects from Recruitment to onboarding, offboarding, asset management, recruitment, training, goal setting, performance management and compliance.

The implementation phase - we completed as many checks as we could, but as a manufacturing business that has hourly paid & salaried staff, with multiple shifts across 2 sites & a specific Enterprise Agreement, we could not identify every single scenario, so after we rolled it out, there we unforeseen issues that we were just left to deal with. Once the implementation team completed the implementation to their satisfaction, they wiped their hands of us and handed us over to the support team, who never answer the phone and take their time to respond to your queries.

HR document creation needs to be improved to allow us to use the platform in its entirety.

It's been a sharp learning curve, but appreciate EH's help to educate me on how the system works, how it benefits me and how my company can cut down time and improve better time efficiency

It can be tricky to introduce new tools, especially with a diverse age range, but it seems like Employment Hero has helped bridge that gap effectively.

Very poor documentation of system which causes frustration and a lot of time wasting chasing answers that don't come easily

It would help if employees can view their balances right after the leaves are approved.
