What is Torch?
Everwise is a leadership development and online mentoring solution for businesses which offers tools for building custom mentoring programs, training team members, matching mentors to mentees, gathering feedback, reporting, and more. The cloud-based tool is scalable for any business type and mentoring content can be customized to help each individual employee excel.
With Everwise businesses can create online mentoring programs for building business leaders, fostering personal connections, and more, and onboarding courses for mentors and mentees can also be created. Mentors can be matched with mentees using three different approaches which include matching by management, hybrid matching with requests from mentees but decisions by management, and self matching where mentees are able to choose their own mentor based on Everwise recommendations.
On the Everwise platform mentees can share their goals with their mentor, and follow mentorship paths to reach these goals. Goals can be added, edited, or deleted at any time. Everwise also prompts mentees to provide feedback on the mentoring system, to identify areas for improvement or highlight mentors with good performance.
