Simple, intuitive scheduling, instant communication though email and texts, Staff self service request time off and request shifts, shift swapping and cover request made easy, timesheets and payroll tools can be tracked automatic.  

It makes scheduling and payroll management much easier and more organized for my team. Once everything is set up, the system runs smoothly and helps reduce admin time.

Nothing comes to mind because is impossible to say in 100 words and the system doesn't have any unlikeble or difficult processes.
