Findmyshift has become an important tool for my team of 20 across 3 retail locations and a warehouse, enabling us to track and manage work schedules effectively and efficiently

Simple, intuitive scheduling, instant communication though email and texts, Staff self service request time off and request shifts, shift swapping and cover request made easy, timesheets and payroll tools can be tracked automatic.  

It makes scheduling and payroll management much easier and more organized for my team. Once everything is set up, the system runs smoothly and helps reduce admin time.

It’s praised for helping with visibility: staff can check their shifts remotely, managers can publish rotas and staff availability more transparently.

The ability to update shifts quickly, communicate with staff, and access everything from any device made managing the rota much more efficient.

Nothing comes to mind because is impossible to say in 100 words and the system doesn't have any unlikeble or difficult processes.

We dont need the scheduling and a lot of the other features but we do need the ability to track clocking in and out of 6/7 employees
