They are always on hand to give you demos on their new features and improvements which is brilliant.   If you have an idea this is also taken on board and sometimes it gets implemented too.

A new report is needed to be built in report builder which can be time consuming.

Pretend to be a small business that cares for small businesses, but are the total opposite and are currently hiding behind contracts when i've asked for help.

The promise of the web integration, which we've paid for yet still don't have nearly 2 months down the line.

A few minor tweaks such as the email box much larger so you can see all of an email template you are editing.

Often the email function to link emails and candidates may be faulty but there are other ways around it.

The intuitive user interface and automated processes make the process of finding and hiring the right talent much easier.

Reporting could be expanded for better management visibility of individual and team performance.
