Pros

The onboarding process is great on the new employee side. The staff have welcomed my feedback when I give it, which I appreciate.
Our employees love the easy to use interface and ability to self manage all of their benefits and paid time off. Oh... and we love Slack integration, so cool.
I really like using GoCo. Its a good way to keep track of our office staff and track of their time off and keep up to date.

Pros

The phone app is good and will become even better. Benefits secured by Employment Hero are great and will be rolled out through several different programs in our business.
Easy to use, staff can have app on their phone which is brilliant. Great technical support service upon implementation, prompt responses and very helpful.
Hero shop gives us as small employers the same advantage as big business we can entice top employees to stay because they have the same benefits and discounts from the platform.

Cons

If you are looking for a one stop HR portal - look no further than GoCo.
We've not come across anything we're unhappy with so far.
From my perspective, Goco is suffering new-startup syndrome where they overloaded their staff and make promises they can't possibly deliver.

Cons

There is no proper instructions on how to use it so there is no way you will be able to figure it out. Half the instructions they do have are wrong or outdated.
This has cost our company hugely in money and time to trouble shoot the constant issues and glitches, it would have been far easier and cheaper to do it manually.
Integration with payroll is still a little clunky - Admin/owner have duplicate file, ended employees show as errors. Payslips do not show annual leave balances.
