With Happo, users can manage all applications for multiple roles through a single platform. Candidates can be pulled into the hiring pipeline directly from career sites to ensure that no applicants are lost. Screening questions can be set to collect required information from candidates at the beginning of the recruitment process. Interview and communication templates are designed to streamline the hiring process, and messages can be sent out individually or in bulk.
Happo enables collaboration between colleagues on hiring decisions, with the ability to create different teams for each open position. Users can also discuss candidates through in-app communication and individually assess candidates, then compare them using collective scores. Pipelines are updated in real time to ensure that all team members have access to current information. Reminders and notifications keep users informed of any changes or upcoming activities.
