With applicant messages, there's no way to end the communications/block disqualified applicants so I've had former applicants continually message and harass  with no solution from Homebase.

I loved using this app, and the customer support was awesome. Worked incredibly well for scheduled a staff of 80+ individuals and was super useful for mass communications as well.

The ability to communicate with all of my team members, regardless of the phone type that they had. We also really liked the ability to provide gold star rewards and track those.

It’s easy for people to start on when joining the team, you can assign roles, integrate apps, and communicate clearly. I love the “reward or celebration” of stars they have to celebrate teammates.

It's a little difficult to use for scheduling when there are various job roles and departments. It also is notorious among staff for sending way too many annoying notifications.

I love how easy the software is to use for communicating with other crew members. It's quick and effective and linking your number allows for quick access.

The only disappointment on Crew has been when the free version started cutting down the amount of users. After using it for quite sometime, users were restricted to a certain amount.

I like the login using your cell # instead of a random password and username for staff. I enjoy the option to add additional companies or divisions within my dashboard by upgrading to Pro.

We love it using Crew for our scheduling and communication between co-workers.

There was no option to clock in or out which would have been handy.

TIer III Support Analyst

What I don't like is that there is no way of known if an individual has received and/or read the notification.

Administrator 

It's so easy to use and keep the whole crew connected and communicating.

We can use the software to set up meetings and to chat with staff if needed. And the support team is just a chat away within the software if you ever need them.
