customer service isn't the best, their quality team rejected my account 4-5 times and on the last attempt it was approved even though the same information was provided to them

Based on the needs for candidates at the time, Indeed has a pretty decent search feature as a homogenous search engine.

I have been using Indeed for all my Hiring needs from past 5 years and they have helped me a lot. Firstly it a free tool and their paid version also is not very expensive. My application tracking headache has been minimized with their easy to use ATS. I feel their GUI can be improved a bit.

For me, it is one of the best job boards as it helps me to find quality resumes. We can mail directly to the candidates and can save the response for later.

I have been both an applicant and on the back-end hiring side with Indeed. Overall it is a good platform to get applicants, but unless you are a super small company this site will not replace a true ATS.

Good for job posting, but not really an ATS replacement

For external recruiters, they'll force you to pay for mediocre results

Tons of applications and response to most job postings, quick application by applicants using both Indeed and IndeedMobile, lots of hires from these applications, easy to use system

Overall experience with Indeed is good but I think there is a need of improvement of tools on response to the candidates.
