Time and Labor Specialist

Using iSolved for both my work and personal functions has helped further my knowledge of the system and the capabilities of some different screens and how they interact with one another.

It helps streamline processes, improve efficiency, and provides a user-friendly experience for both administrators and employees.

Director

We are able to complete many services for Payroll, Timekeeping, and HCM

I did like how informative it is when you as an employee want to look up your time your pay request time off and communication amongst the company.

Teacher

When I started at my new job, we used iSolved for managing both our financials, and arranging PTO/substitute teacher needs.

Accounting Specialist

It offers a lot of useful features, but the menus can be complicated, so it often takes time to find what you need.

With multiple modules, we are able to service a small 1 employee company to a company with 5,000 employees.

The tax withholding division failed to pay my unemployment taxes properly and it has taken over a year to resolve, costing my company several thousand dollars of lost revenue.

In the event of Employer has insufficient funds available for any payment obligation under this Agreement and isolved receives an NSF, isolved is authorized to send a reversal file (“Reversal”) to one or more of the Payee Accounts or other payees that were paid by isolved in connection with such NSF.

We use them for our payroll and I love having all my information - from paycheck stubs, to time off banks, to tax information all in one place.

Property Manager

Timekeeping can be a little bit of a challenge when having to submit a missing punch.

President

From isolved not being able to locate an account number in time, to wanting me to pay for their software while having to send out my own checks, to charging additional fees at every turn, you should be ashamed of yourselves and how you operate a business.

Associate Director of Operations

Our third-party payroll company uses isolved and we have access to an isolved dashboard for clients, which has limited functionality.
