Competencies reviewed on a manager review can also be reviewed in instant feedback. Once you have the goals set up, they work quite well numerically - parent goals can have a number of child goals below them, and the average percentage completion of the child goals makes up the parent goals.

Overall, I love Leapsome as an HR platform, and I'd love to see more product development and features coming out as they have been doing so in the past years!

Leapsome is well designed and genuinely supports meaningful performance conversations.

The UI is modern looking, however I find it a bit difficult to locate the required data.

The company advertises the software as open-ended and to be used as you wish, but this creates a problem as when you try to do things your way you often find you run into problems that the designers hadn't thought of.

We have the numerical data. But, the only way on Leapsome to update a goal is to do so manually - there is no API.

The due dates work weirdly, which is hard to explain if you have never used it but it's basically a non-feature - the due dates do not really work.

The loading of the was very slow at uploading customers support was slow

I am often left struggling to explain why something is one way, or why I can't do something I think seems obvious. Once you decide how to set it up and use it as you wish, it works quite well if you have an active admin.

Overall it takes me a little too much time to complete the required tasks.

Beat around the bush to reduce from 100 licenses to 30 licenses, since we are only using about 14.
