CEO at MyBikeMx

The time tracking and task management features help us stay organized, while the screenshot and activity monitoring tools give clear visibility into daily progress without feeling intrusive.

Medical VA

It helps me stay organized, track productivity, and manage tasks effectively. While there are minor drawbacks, such as occasional connectivity issues, the platform is generally reliable and useful for time management and accountability.

The automatic screenshots and work summaries help me make data-driven decisions about resource allocation.

IT Manager

Overall, seamless Employee Tracking Software with powerful features. And it simplifies tracking employee productivity, attendance, and task performance.

The URL tracking feature gives us peace of mind about data security and ensures staff are only accessing approved websites.

Monitask gives us better transparency, helps improve estimates, and supports more accurate billing.

Liked least about Monitask is that the tracking can feel a bit intrusive at times, and the interface is not always very intuitive.

Executive Director

Amazing customer support, easy learning curve, and super detailed employee attendance tracking and task management.

It keeps our logistics team focused, improves accountability, and gives us a clear overview of performance.

Clients appreciate the transparent time reports, and internally it reduces stress around accurate invoicing.

President

Time tracking helps accurately allocate hours across job sites.

It’s been a game changer for transparency and remote collaboration in our finance workflows.

Marketing Manager

The keyboard and mouse activity tracking helps us identify efficiency patterns among our top performers.

Some employees feel self-conscious with frequent screenshots, especially during tasks that require reflection or research.

Sales consultant

Love it, really makes tracking my hours and invoicing a breeze.

Project Manager

The automatic screenshot blurring for sensitive information protects our intellectual property while still verifying productivity.

It cut down disputes with clients and saved us time reconciling billing each month.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

People generally appreciate Monitask for its simplicity in tracking time and productivity, especially for managing remote teams.

Monitask has significantly improved the efficiency and trust within our remote operations at Faes & Co.

We rely heavily on the project tracking integration to monitor our 30-person development team.

I particularly like how I can check screenshots to make sure everyone follows our conversation templates with customers.

The small drawbacks are manageable and outweighed by the many gains in productivity and accountability.

The idle time detection helps us distinguish between research time and actual inactivity.

Integration with construction software needed customization.

IT Administrator

It provides accurate data for performance reviews, and makes managing workflows very easy.

Sometimes it takes a while to load all the screenshots when I have multiple agents to check on.

There have been occasional lag issues when internet is congested.

Admin

false mouse jiggler reporting, we had an employee who was being reported as using 3 party software to pretend like they were working

I highly recommend Monitask to any company looking to manage remote work efficiently while maintaining transparency and teamwork.

Gives us visibility into complex development workflows without interrupting programmer focus.

Freelancer

That I can track my time as a freelancer and take screenshots of my work so that clients can rest assured that I am using my time judiciously.

We can verify that staff are following security protocols and focusing on assigned tasks.

Has helped standardize our work expectations across different office locations.

Our team used to feel anxious about being watched, but with stealth mode we can check in periodically without them knowing they're being monitored.

Manager

I also like the breakdown by activity level — it helps with our team retros.

Field staff adoption required additional training sessions.

Very minor, but I wish the visual analytics had dark mode or more theme options.

Owner

Bad not as expected , not friendly and doesn’t show details , no online support and many bugs

I mean if the employee is using YouTube, it dose not indicate the name of the YouTube.

I can spot check quality without having to listen to calls all day.

Team Leader

The app takes up very little space, runs in the background and has enough features for tracking time spent by employees that I don't know how we'd do without it.

Founder and Lead Designer

So I can invoice faster and avoid misunderstandings with clients.

You can easily monitor a team's performance.

operations manager

it is easy to use, and i can track my team's work without asking them for updates all the time.the interface is clean and easy to navigates

Assistant

I thought it was free then trial is too short and when the trial ends I don't know if I can retrieve my Time Tracking there, it doesn't even allow me to check my status.

What I like most is the simplicity and presentation of information and data.

Sales Head

End user has the option to manipulate data

We’ve also caught workflow issues we wouldn’t have noticed without it.

Marketing

We initiated with the free trial and were able to use the software freely before purchasing, which helped us determine that it satisfied our needs.
