We also have created badges to award to employees for a number of accomplishments, even for completing certain training courses and earning designations.

Using the 360 Feedback for self-reviews was a little awkward and there are some things that don't work in the app - the coaching piece doesn't work in the app, which makes it challenging for our guys in the field.
