Keith J.: Hey there. My name's Keith, I'm the resident coordinator here, and I give Motivosity five stars out of five. For more reviews like this, click the link below. Motivosity is very helpful. It's a great communication tool. We have several properties within our portfolio, and it's a good way to keep in contact with all of our colleagues and share great events and milestones. It's just a great social platform. It keeps us all connected like a family. So Motivosity, once again, it's a great platform. I consider it the Facebook of the working world. It's good because, once again, it keeps everybody in contact. It allows us to share great things. But most importantly, what I like about it, and I have to be biased, are the Moto bucks. Man, I do a lot of shopping off of those Moto bucks. It's a great way to reward our colleagues and share in their accomplishments and to give and to get. So, the Moto bucks is definitely a great part of it. So using Motivosity, I can't say it enough. It is a great tool. It keeps us all intact in communication. But being a creative professional like myself, one of the things that I have to say that I dislike is the limitations on uploading content. I have to find myself, from time to time, reformatting a lot of the content that I upload. It's just that it doesn't give me a lot of options, and me being a creative person like myself, I like options. So if I had to take one of those stars back, it would be for the limitation of uploading content format.

Speaker 1: Hey, my name is Jacob. I am the Creative Content Manager in a telecom industry, and I give Motivosity a four out of five. Before Motivosity, we didn't really have a pure recognition system set in stone. We would just use a Google sheet where we would all share our input on who we thought deserved recognition. This was unorganized and not the most user-friendly to use. So we knew we needed a different solution. And that's why we went with Motivosity, because it was more of a social networking type of pure engagement, where our company was actually engaged and wanting to get feedback and pure recognition to each other. And we noticed a huge uptick in engagement compared to just using the Google sheet in the first place. Motivosity is great for a lot of things because it is its own website, our whole company has it bookmarked. It's easy for them to go on and look at anniversaries, birthdays, who's getting noticed, and it's easy for you to just go in and appreciate someone. We noticed because it's such an easy to use system, there's so much more interaction and it's really improved our culture. It's great to just go in there and send a little thank you note to someone and make their day. And the best part of it is that you can send them a few dollars here or there, and then they can turn that into a gift card. So it's just a revolving door of just compliments and appreciation, especially in today's environment where our teams are separate from each other. We're all working remote. It's a great way to still stay involved and to appreciate your team and just put a smile on someone's face essentially. So it's a great way to engage. Motivosity was really easy to integrate into our system. We were able to set up all our employees by just adding their email to the system, and then each employee would get an email and they would just have to create their login information. And once they logged in, they had access to the entire system. So it's really easy to use. It's just like another social network. It's just for our company and the team loved it. And ease of use is really easy to learn. There's only a few options you can do, but it's intuitive where you don't even need any training on it. Motivosity is great for any company, especially in today's environment where you want to get more employee engagement, have employees feel like they're still a part of the team. It's a great way for them to go in and appreciate someone, to share a highlight. You can do different competitions. You can search for a specific person, see what their interests are, and maybe create talking points on that. It's a way to engage more with your team, get to know them on a more personal level, and just feel part of the team. So anyone looking for a peer to peer recognition system, this is a great way to go. It's easy to use and our company has loved it and really benefited from it as well.

Motivosity has brought a wealth of benefits to my team and, I feel, the company as a whole. Being able to recognise team members with a dollar here and there is fun and rewarding for everyone. Being able to recognise individual contributors from other teams and have the rest of the company see the great results achievable through greater collaboration shift everything up a gear. Having the ability to see staff as people rather than just a name in an address book also builds bridges, especially in a global organisation where you might otherwise never see a person's face or ever get to find out that you share similar interests and goals. Motivosity does a great gap of bridging the void that existed between company newsletters and social networks. The integration with third party applications has facilitated rewarding initiatives surrounding health and well-being and the multitude of options for 'cashing out' (store cards, pre-paid credit cards, charities) is welcomed by everyone. The interface is intuitive, interesting to explore, and has always been available, fast and aesthetically pleasing.
It's hard to think of any negative points surrounding Motivosity - it has filled a gap and, as such, has only brought benefits.

Overall, it has been a very positive experience. Ease of setup and use. The API took a bit to get set up with ADP but once that was done it worked perfectly. I don't have to manually upload a file very day.
I love how our teams can give a shout out to one of their team members, their managers, another store or anyone who has set up their Motivosity account! It has really engaged our teams for the better. We even post when a person or team get a shout out from a customer. I know they like seeing their names on those posts!
Not that we didn't like it we just didn't use the manager development. We decided to use a different tool. We decided also not to renew Employee Insights and the main reason is ADP has rolled out their survey, pulse tool. They are working on making so we can text the surveys out to our teams. Billing was an issue as you have to pay for a whole year in advance. No option for monthly billing.

I like the fact you can select individuals reward them for there efforts and make the results live internally so others can see employees Reward and Recognition!
The interface feels dated and needs a 'face lift'. It is easy very easy to use though!

Overall - I LOVE the product - the customer support was very good and it was so easy to use and implement. And the regular staff really enjoyed it.
It was great to have a recognition program for the regular staff to see the workers be rewarded and not just the senior staff get bonuses. It was easy to use - the insights were really helpful - but senior management just didn't see the value.
For us being in Canada - the cost was just too high - as it always comes down to money - that's why senior management decided to not renew. And we also lost the ability to use the ThanksMatters Card which sucked.

It was easy to use, fun and positive. When used properly it drove employee engagement
There were quite of few of bugs and many instances of employees being locked out. It was not easy to set up for the front line employee. Also was not long term sustainable as most employees only cared about the monetary rewards.
