As an employee user, I found Paychex to be the most difficult software of this type to use. It's clunky and hard to find what you are looking for.

However, Paychex does promote these positions very rapidly. It seems like any time I am assigned a knowledgeable payroll account manager, they are promoted.

Obviously you as a customer do not matter enough to provide you with a working customer service phone number. I do not and have not ever had access to my pay stub thru Prime Pay.
